My left Labral was torn during spine surgery and when I called Mosley looking to hire him to represent me. I was told my case wasn't worth his time because for him to step into a court costs more than my injury.

March 17th was 2 years since the Labral was torn and I am still living without it being repaired. Living with one and a half shoulders is tough.

I was in a car accident in September. MY car was totalled and in the hospital for a week. The lady that hit me had admitted to fault. A week goes by and I get a call from her insurance company and they tell me that they aren't going to pay for my car and I have to pay for the storage at tow yard.
