I've only been at JRV for about a month now but so far it is worlds better than my previous carriers. I'm an O/O here and am loving it so far.
Everyone is friendly and helpful from the owner to back office staff and dispatchers.
They communicate really well and have went above and beyond what I would expect from a carrier.
I'm making great money and look forward to working every day here.
I would definitely recommend them for seasoned drivers or even people just starting out as an Owner Operator.

Professional, Safe, Courteous, and get things done in a very timely matter!
O/O leased onto JRV for the last year with 2 units. I read all the reviews before coming over to JRV, and every single review is absolutely true! This has been the best carrier as well as business partner that I have worked with.
Staff is very understanding and assist with any issues that may arise. Fellow o/o are very friendly and helpful as well. Newer trailers that are well maintained, wonderful compliance score, great rep with brokerages.

My husband and I are team drivers and we joined JRV in early 2020. Our experience with this company has been nothing short of amazing. We have developed a very good working relationship with our dispatcher, Alex. Which is very important to our satisfaction with the company. No forced dispatch, we discuss lanes where freight is strong, and make freight bookings based off of that. You can also self dispatch here if you'd like. We love the small company feel here. It just seems more personal, and we find that we want to do our part to help JRV become more successful because of that. Justin, the CEO

We have been at JRV for a little over 6 months, and dont plan on going anywhere. Good miles, good pay and treated with respect. I have worked at places where they "say" they are a big family, but at JRV it actually is like a family. If you are a good driver who takes your job to heart and has pride in your work, this is a dream company.

I’ve been driving a long time, 30 years; I’ve hauled OTR, general freight, crude oil and gasoline, oversize and heavy-haul, and enough NYC to know that it’s not worth the trouble. In all that time, I can count on one hand the men who have had a lasting and positive effect on my career; Justin and the team here at JRV are at the top of the list.

By far the best company is JRV Logistics. Great people to work with and help with any problems that may a cure while you’re on the road. The pay plan is one of the best in trucking and the dispatchers are able to find the best loads of your choice. ( Your choice ) You go where and when you want. Great company to work with! I'm an owner operator and I was in the process of getting my own authority but did not want to deal with all the headaches that comes with it. Paperwork is something noone wants to deal with but they make it easy once you learn few programs that they use. Overall good experience with them, thanks JRV for approving me!

JRV LOGISTICS INC, has a perfect community built over the years of their work, I am working as a Dispatcher in this company, the company welcomed me very warmly and kindly, a lot of friendly drivers working here as well, Daniel our accountant reacts like a lightning, to every issue Dispatch has, Justin the CEO of this company, you can always ask him anything you need, you will always get an answer! I work with JRV logistics from a freight brokerage perspective. Their dispatchers, Alex and Adam are fantastic to work with. We never have any issues! Their drivers are always so friendly and professional and it has been a pleasure to work with them for the past 2 years.
