From the start these guys went over the quality of the wood that they use, as compared to what you get at the local hardware store and that a less knowledgeable contractor might use. They explained the benefits of their construction methods, walked the property with us and provided suggestions on design, and detailed a warranty that was way better than other contractors we spoke with. Given the wild fluctuations in prices in the last year or two, they were patient with us, giving updates periodically on material prices so that we could pull the trigger when we were ready. We contacted Richard and Sean to replace some very old chain link fencing on the sides of our property. They came out promptly and gave us a written estimate that was very reasonable. On installation day, we had a small miscommunication about removal of some old fencing, but that was rectified very quickly and we are extremely happy with their customer service and the installation of the new fencing.

Richard, Sean's father, originally came out and did a quote for me. He took a lot of time and really explained what we would need and why. I had a few other quotes from other companies, most of which were very quick, one of which didn't even bother coming out, they just asked me to send them the survey and emailed me a quote based off that.
Richard's in-depth approach made me feel much more comfortable that the price wouldn't increase because of some unforeseen issue. He also explained why the quality of the wood was important and the issues you run into by using timber that hasn't been aged properly

I had an excellent experience working with LFO. I am adopting a dog and wanted to close in my back yard with a wooden fence. I was also looking to make the sloped path next to my house safer with some timber steps. Sean and his team did a great job replacing our home depot poorly installed vinyl fence from few years ago a with much better and sturdier vertical privacy pine wood fence. From their office, sales person, to project manager they all answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns in a timely manner. Neighbors loved the new curb appeal too. Wouldn't hesitate to refer them to anyone reading for their house fencing needs!

We loved working with LFO. From the first encounter to the finished product, everything was above expectations. All time commitments were met; materials are Grade A; customer service was exceptional. Sean went out of his way to check in during the days of installation and he gave us lots of info about what to expect as a new fence settles in. He even promised to come back in 8 months to make adjustments resulting from natural settling. LFO obviously takes great pride in their work and wants every customers delighted.

Sean Obrien builds warped fences. He doesn't honor the warranty and doesn't respond. I purchased $4,500 of fence from Lowe's where LFO was their contractor. I had it installed last October. Nightmare on install, they were a day and a half late, didn't notify me they were going to be late, I had to text and call several times to only hear back a day later - and I waited, took time off work, 2 days for them. Now 5-6 months later, I have several warped boards, boards with no nails, my gate is sagging. I have emailed lowe's over 10 times to get LFO to honor their warranty

Lotsa Fence Options has done work for me twice. Both times, the estimate have been reasonable and the work has been of the highest quality. The work they've done on my split rail fence has taken it from a broken down eyesore that I thought would have to be replaced soon to a fence I'm proud to show off. LFO is the only fence contractor I call.

Richard and his team has installed two fences for me -- to manage the outside activities of my 6 rescued dogs. They did a wonderful job and the quality of the fencing is absolutely outstanding, greatly enhancing the beauty and value of my property. He did a super job. SEE MY PRIOR REVIEW OF 11/10/15. But the true measure of any business and of its quality is the after sale care provided in the unlikely event something needs adjustment. Richard O'Brien and his team at LFO, Inc. did a great job on my fences at my current house as well as my last house. I highly recommend them. I had many fence estimates and LFO's was lowest, and Richard was the friendliest of all the people I met with from the different companies. Other companies acted like my job was too small, but Richard always treated my needs as important. He is honest, has many fence options, as the name says, and he is a joy to work with.
