Located in Saddle Brook, NJ, we are a mobile company, and will travel to your home, office, school, park, or wherever you're celebrating. We play songs and games, pose for pictures with the children and the cake, provide a gift for the birthday child, lollipops for all the kids, do balloon sculptures, and face painting/tattoos.

Parties for Peanuts was created in 1998 with the goal of making every event we do a lasting memory. We carefully custom create every event we do, as we are keenly aware that every child and circumstance is different. That is why, in booking an event, as quick and convenient as email is, and is a great first step, a phone call is vital in assuring that the client gets exactly what they want and what best fits their event.
Parties for Peanuts has some of the best DJ's in Northern NJ and beyond! We are available for any party, from a child's birthday party all the way to a christening, communion, bar or bat mitzvah or a wedding! Our DJ's can come with an MC and/or dancers to really liven up the party and get people on the dance floor.
We are looking for GREAT, INTELLIGENT, ENTHUSIASTIC, OUTGOING AND RELIABLE performers to portray characters at children's parties in the Bergen County, NJ area and beyond. Weekend availability is a MUST as most parties are held then, but weekday is great too, as there are some events then as well. Pay is per party, starting @ $50/hr + tips + travel.
Birthday parties are the cornerstone of Parties for Peanuts' business since 1998, and they come in all types, styles and sizes. No party is too big or too small. We have baby's 1st birthday party ideas, and regularly serve children up to 8, 9 or beyond. The option of either a balloon animal for each child or a bouquet of helium balloons for the birthday child.

Have been using parties for peanuts for 20 years. They are truly the best. Santa claus has been coming and singing and dancing with our grandchildren. Christmas Eve would not be the same without our Parties for Peanuts Santa Claus. We all take pictures with him. Doesn’t get any better. Wonderful for Birthday parties and we also had The Easter bunny come for the grandkids on Easter.

We had Parties for Peanuts perform at our daughters 2yr Bday party and was extremely happy with the experience and would 100% recommend to others considering them. Our total session was split into 2 segments, the first was a surprise visit from Elmo where they did music and parachute games. The second was balloon animals and face painting. Overall a great experience.

A week and a half before my son’s 4th birthday the entertainment cancelled and I called Parties for Peanuts to get options. Of all the places I called, they answered right away! We chatted and he told me in that time frame for that weekend we could get a performer. I let him know our party theme and we got Princess Merida! It was so awesome for the kids!! She was great, patient, and self sufficient! We look forward to being a repeat customer!

Only thing from stopping me from giving a five star is five star is like staying at the plaza hotel! But this company is amazing, the Spider-Man who came was super friendly, professional and kind. He played well with all the kids and took direction well. They loved the sand art and tattoos! Will definitely hire again!

Howell sent us an Amazing Bubble Entertainer. Very professional, understanding, sweet, and careful. Worth every penny! All the kids and adults loved the show so much. They were in awe! Please book them right away! The entertainer was so nice to the kids and very wonderful with the crowd. Even our bartender stopped to watch the show.

Wonderful experience with Parties for Peanuts! We celebrated my son's 5th birthday at the park and hired a magician (Cindy) to entertain the kids. She did some amazing face painting, a magic show that had all the kids and parents giggle and laugh out loud, and finally some balloons. I was amazed at her ability to keep the children's attention.
My only regret is not booking her for longer!
The search/booking process was very easy, the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend Parties for Peanuts to anyone looking for great party entertainment.

Howell and his team of entertainers were amazing! I booked within 2 weeks, received a detailed contract and exceptional entertainment. Cocomelon’s JJ arrived on time, prepared and with such high energy that my guests and I loved soooo much! If I had to do it all over again I’d certainly book Parties for Peanuts without a doubt! Their services and attentiveness to the 30 children and our 150 guest party was so much fun. They were so interactive with singing, dancing, and face paintings. Thank you so much Peanuts for Parties!!!
