I was so impressed with Motive's ability to facilitate such a large group and guide people into overcoming their need for a personal bubble, and go deep into practice, poses, and mindfulness.

With over 18 years of yoga studies and teaching, Bree started Motive to explore how the principles of yoga can fuel our greatest endeavors. Her practical approach to teaching empowers her students with functional and relevant movement and mindfulness tools. Her classes makes sense in your body based on how it is designed and challenge your physical and mental limitations so you experience the freedom you desire.
Our studio glows with natural light and sweeping mountain views. We're located on the ground floor of the Mtn. Annex, just on the edge of town in Winthrop and it just might be the perfect spot for your occasion. Or, maybe you crave practicing in the studio, can't make it to one of our classes, or prefer some solo time.
In Phase 3, we are operating at 50% capacity which means we have 12 spots available per class. Please register and pay for the class in advance. We look forward to seeing your sparkly eyes. One-on-one yoga is ideal for beginning your yoga practice, building a practice that suits your physical and mental needs, preventing and rehabbing an injury, or refining and advancing your practice.
