Just wanted to give a shout out to the team here at Trusty's.
Woke up this morning in need of some assistance. Despite there being no simple fix, they did everything they could to get us fixed up and back on… the road.
Couldn't ask for better customer service and they were more hospitable than one would normally expect.

I went here to get my mower tires foam filled. I was told they would be $50-$60 a piece went I picked them up my bill was $231.12. They were adamant that the tires costed $108 per tire to fill. I was pretty upset but I paid the $231.16 and went out to get my tires where Steve met me and apologized for the mishap. He refunded me the difference of… what I was originally quoted, shook my hand and made sure I was good to go. Not a lot of people go out of their way to make things right now a days and I understand prices fluctuate. I really appreciate that Steve talked to me face to face and made

No one is wearing masks! I ask and they looked at me like I was crazy. I waited 15 minutes for the only receptionist to get off the phone to even acknowledge I was here. Then the installer came in asking about what tires go on my car? Are you kidding me? Then ofcoarse they are wanting me to buy lug nuts, stating they are swelled and having to beat them off. The car is only 2 years old. In addition when I got them rotated at rays ford... no one ever mentioned this issue prior.
The staff is rude and not professional at all. I bought tires online and this place was a recommended installer from Goodyear

New to the area and was recommended by someone. I have a foreign care and they did an awesome job. I took it to two other places and they recommended replacing control arms which was going to be over 1000 at each place and they were able to figure out the problem without me telling them what was wrong and come to find out, it was lose bolts, great job Woody!! Front desk lady was amazing, they stayed busy but she was able to help everyone in a timely manner!! She was friendly and helpful! Suv runs great now. Thank you!!

On a road trip, hauling a travel trailer, we had a blow out on the TT. We had no spare as it was actually the second blow out we had on this trip. We left the camper on the highway, pulled off the tire and headed towards the closest town. I made several calls to price our tire and trusty was slightly lower than the rest. They had us in and out in about 15 minutes!! And the people were nice as could be. I told my husband that it reminded me of something you'd see in the Disney movie Cars! Haha! Thanks for getting back on the road so quickly! We truly appreciated it!
