We understand that a colony of pests invading your home can be an unsettling experience. We also understand that having to look up a company, call them up and schedule a service trip into your home can be equally unsettling, especially if you feel that you do not know very much about a given company or their business practices.

Home and Business Ant Entry: Ants can enter through even the tiniest cracks in your home or business, seeking water and sweet or greasy food substances in the kitchen pantry or storeroom areas. Ant Scent trails: Ants leave an invisible chemical trail which contains pheromones for others ants to follow once they locate the food source.
As indicated by their name, Moisture Ants will almost invariably be found near a source of continuous moisture. This can be a leaky plumbing pipe or bathroom fixture, or a clogged downspout or improperly functioning roof flashing. Typically hidden out of sight, the most common indication of a Moisture Ant problem is the annual swarms that take place in early to mid-August when our summer temperatures reach their peaks.
One of the largest types of ants that we commonly encounter in the Northwest, the Carpenter Ant typically strikes the largest sense of fear in the minds of homeowners due to the reputation that these ants have for moving into a structure and the destroying the wooden supports of our homes and outbuildings.

Thank you AAdvantage! Mike the technician came out and was courteous and very professional. Found some issues, rectified them, and came back twice to make sure everything was good. I would say above and beyond all else the service was exceptional. Thanks again we can sleep well now.

Not a very friendly company, was unable to keep an appointment due to an unforeseen issue, called 24 hr in advance to cancel, called back to reschedule and they refused service, being a new customer they probably should treat people with a little more respect if they wanna thrive as a business. Don't waste your time with these guys.

Great service here. Found some hornets under the deck called these guys and they came out same day to remove it. Even explained everything they were using and were very careful in their application because my wife has an organic garden nearby. They killed the hornets, bagged up the nest and took everything away the whole process took maybe 20 minutes. It was awesome!
