I’m a first time homeowner. Although Josh Pinard and his team made this process UNBELIEVABLY easy! If I had a question they had the answer ASAP. If I didn’t understand something they would break it down to terms I understood. They were full of information. The true catcher here was how personable my experience was. I didn’t feel like just a client I felt like we were a big group working together. At the end I was telling people “that was super easy” ( No Josh and the rest of Paragon Made it that way) Truly grateful!

As a first time home buyer, I didn't know much about the whole loan process, Josh at Paragon Home Loans was able to walk me through the whole process with ease, and get me the lowest interest rate. Josh was always available for my questions, and help me through most of the documents. I will certainly recommend his services to anyone looking for a mortgage especially for first time buyers.

This is a great group of people. From my personal contact Anne Coyne to everyone in the underwriting department, the service was impeccable. You get out of the experience what you put into it with them. They matched my enthusiasm and were as quick with completing the different steps as I was getting them the documents, which was nearly same day every time something came up. Very fast and very clear/concise. 6 out of 5 stars.

This past summer wasn’t my first time buying a house – so I was prepared for another awful experience. But thankfully this time around I had Josh on my team. When I had even the smallest concern and reached out to him he would immediately get back to me. They say there’s no such thing as a stupid question but I arguably probably asked a few, despite that Josh always replied both during and after the purchase! Josh Pinard at Paragon was great with his responsiveness as I went through the Mortgage process. I greatly appreciated all his and Paragon's explanations and answers to my questions as well as helping with the coordination to get the closing done. The rate couldn't be beat as well, and I shopped around.
Being new to the process of buying a home, I think Josh made it go as smoothly as it could especially given my switching of jobs in the middle. The closing went smooth as well.
Definitely reccomend both Josh and Paragon if your looking for a mortgage!

I am thrilled the service Paragon gave me regarding my home loan. I worked directly with Chad Ayers, who answered all of my questions and did everything in his power to make sure that I was comfortable with the financial end of my home buying experience. The only downside was the lawyers I worked with through Paragon; they were incredibly difficult to get answers from. I called four times, left four messages, and never received response. They made a miscommunication that more than likely caused a delay in my closing. However, Chad did everything in his power to be able to make my move as timely

We closed on our home last week. Paragon was very easy to work with. Their website made the application and document uploading very simple. While it seemed like there were several team members that would contact me for different pieces I worked primarily with Carol Alger.
Carol always responded in a reasonable time or provided a contact who was just as responsive if she was unavailable or out of the office.
My only regret was opting to work with Paragon's attorney Scicchitano Law as my representation as well. While they got the job done their level of responsiveness was a fraction of Paragon
