Complete waste of money and time. I was told several times our report would be ready only to wait multiple days to actually receive it. The first time I was told it would be ready in half an hour; I got it three days later. This was only after calling every day and being told it would be sent by the end of the day, which it never was. In total the report took over two weeks to get to me.
Once the report came in, it offered only vague descriptions of our structural issues. I had to have another company come in that actually charged less and did a much better job with offering solutions, not just
