When they moved they moved to Atlanta in 1995, Sam and Kathy Cole knew they would be opening a truly unique customer experience. While in California, they owned a mobile detailing business and provided specialized work for vehicles that no one else could service. Sam was known as the 'go to' person that insurance companies, car enthusiasts, and body shops, called on to solve their paint or substance problems with cars.
To improve the appearance of your vehicle and contribute to your overall safety, the headlights must be able to provide proper lighting for the driver. Unlike glass headlights which were manufactured years ago, today most cars use polycarbonate lenses. While this is advanced technology, oxidation can dim or fog the lenses over time.
I pulled in with a Forester covered in grime acquired over several months, very dull and very hard to get off (drive through car washes couldn't make a dent in it!) Very kind staff and thorough cleaning job on the interior and exterior of my car and smells great and reasonable prices! I will be back next time im in town.

Appalled to be told my inside and out would be $55 PLUS I was expected to tip and this was before they had stayed
This place needs to pay their workers a living wage if they are charging top dollar
The woman behind the counter started mouthing off at me when I said I was going elsewhere.

I went here to get my car washed and cleaned on the inside. The wash was good but the quality of work on the inside was subpar. I also had to listen to the owner talking about people not tipping for a good 30 minutes while my car was getting washed. I paid 84 total including tipping 14 and my dashboard was even wiped down. Will never go back

The customer service has really gone down. I periodically used this car wash throughout the years since it first opened.
The owner initially quoted me a price for a wash & wax ($65), but when he came back with the invoice, it had $79.95 on it. When I questioned the difference, he told me “I could do it myself cheaper up the street” and then he walked off. What!?!

I paid for a vomit removal and car wash. It was $110. Some vomit remnants were there after cleanup. Windshield was not cleaned. Center console was not cleaned. Chassis was not wiped down. Doors were not wiped or touched. The wash alone was $55. This was a $15 carwash. Never returning; anticipating the closing. The owner, Catherine was very unprofessional. There was an unsatisfied customer in the office while I was waiting. This establishment is chaotic and poorly ran. Most importantly, my car was not very clean after $110!

Customer service has slipped beyond acceptable levels. When paying $100 to get a car clean and waxed you expect to get a clean and waxed car. Our car was returned with wax not fully buffed and wax spattered on the windshield and other areas of the car. The car was obviously vacuumed hastily as there was plenty left in the corners. We have taken our car here several time, with the last 3 times being less than the quality that it used to be. Disappointing and customer lost.

Came into this hand car wash place on the way to other errands, and stopped in. Normally I get my large Ram 2500 washed at a local place closer to my house, but took a chance here.
First of all the owners are very cool people, an older couple who understand customer service. They will make you popcorn for free while you wait. There is a gift shop with snacks and things.
Today wasn't very busy so I had 2 gentlemen working on my truck. This is a hand wash only place and they do a good job inside and out. The owner sat outside and supervised them and if they missed anything he didn't!
