When you call our office and schedule your first visit, our coordinator will ask you for your demographic information including email address and insurance information. We will then email you a "link" to our patient portal. Please create your custom log in within 48 hours of receiving the link, or the link will expire.
Dr. Lady Dy is board certified in both Dermatology and Dermatopathology. With 20 years of expertise in her field, Dr. Dy founded Dy Dermatology Center in January of 2016; a beautiful, state-of-the-art practice in Glenview, IL where she also resides. Dr. Dy's vision is to provide an environment where patients receive superior comprehensive medical, and/or aesthetic services from a team of caring professionals.
Dr. Lady Dy is board-certified in both Dermatology and Dermatopathology. She performs more than just clinical encounters. As a Dermatopathologist, Dr. Dy has the expertise to analyze the skin at the microscopic level, so she arrives at a precise diagnosis to quickly and effectively treat the patient.
Dr. Dy specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of many skin cancers including actinic keratosis, basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma and melanoma. As a dermatopathologist, Dr. Dy examines the tissue sample under the microscope for cellular changes and decides with the patient the most effective treatment to eliminate the cancer.

Highly disappointed. I arrived to my appointment 2-3 minutes after my scheduled time and the office manager Lisa was all flustered because I was "late". I made my appointment a month in advance but the scheduler did not allot enough time. Dr. Dy did a rushed consultation because she had another "procedure". The staff seems afraid of the doctor as they were too afraid to get some further info I needed when I was checking out, so they said they would call me the next day ... which they didn't. Experience with Dr. Dy was one of the most unprofessional I have ever encountered. I came to Dr. Dy with concerns of hair loss, an area she claims to specialize in. Upon our first appointment Dr. Dy didn't even look at my scalp and immediately suggested an expensive and invasive scalp biopsy. I agreed as I was under the impression she was an expert and I was desperate to understand what was going on with my health. I can’t say enough amazing things about Dr. Dy and her practice. I got so lucky with them as I’m new to the area and wasn’t sure where to go for help with my painful keloid scar. Dr. Dy’s approach was totally realistic and transparent, and the course of treatment ended up being even shorter than we had planned due to the treatments working so effectively for what I needed. The entire staff is personable - they were so friendly and remembered me even after my first visit and with visits being weeks apart. I can’t thank the team enough!!

I only have positive things to say about Dr. Dy. Some of the negative reviews I read on yelp are hard to believe.
Dr. Dy is highly trained and I completely trust her in any procedure-cosmetic or non-cosmetic. She is caring, kind and incredibly knowledgable in her field.

I have so many wonderful things to say about Dr. Dy, Lisa and their team, albeit I decided to keep it simple- if you want cutting edge treatments, consistent efficacy, that 'love looking at your skin feeling' in a beautiful, clean, safe office... and their nice and fun, I might add, then you've found your place. The clinic has no integrity and they sell people things that they don't even need, and a lot of older women who don't know dermatology get sold a bill of goods by them. On the premise of getting sold things that are unnecessary. I also had experiences with a botched procedure and it created scarring and I did not even get any condolences or any refund of money. Notice how their prices are way above the market price. Don't be fooled by the glam; this place has problems and they are out of integrity in many ways.

I was diagnosed with atopic dermatitis (AD) when I was about six years, and as I aged, I was told eventually, I would grow out of it. Well, unfortunately for me, my AD never went away until I met with Dr. Dy. I am amazed that my arms, legs, torso, and back and now clear without any evidence of having AD. Living with AD can indeed have negative social impacts, and it's something that I will need to monitor continuously, but I wouldn't have gotten to a state of my "normal baseline" until I worked with Dr. Dy. Thank you so much! I now cannot wait to show off my arms! :)

I've been a patient of Dr. Dy's since late 2018. I go to the office at least 6-8 times/year for my particular condition, and every time I arrive I am greeted warmly and professionally. Not only is Dr. Dy an extremely competent and cutting-edge dermatologist, she is always patient with my medical questions, offering me thorough explanations to insure that I understand the treatment protocol and know what to expect from it. I took a day off of work to go to my dermatology appointment. I never got a confirmation call, so I called to make sure they had my appointment, and sure enough, they didn't. I kept my appointment card so I had proof. They were able to squeeze me in, but then Josie called me back to notify me that I needed another referral. No one told me this. I had a referral for my original appointment, but not for my follow up as I typically don't need additional referrals for follow ups. Josie was abhorrently rude on the phone. She was not apologetic at all for THEIR mistake, first not scheduling

€œDr. Dy†is not the person you’ve been hearing about. She barely talked to me for a minute. Disregarded my problems. Tried to downplay my concerns and make me feel stupid for asking her questions. She was also pushy and rude. She’s clearly only concern about how much money she can earn in one day and doesn’t care about her patients at all. They're really unorganized and unprofessional here. They cancelled my appointment without telling me and that was after I confirmed my appointment twice. They're also extremely over priced on any procedures here in comparison to other dermatologists I've seen before. Definitely not happy with this practice and won't be back! I do not recommend them. I only went here because all the good dermatologists were booked for months.

This was my third time visiting a dermatology clinic and it was by far the best experience I had. The medical assistants were very friendly and made me feel very safe and comfortable. I have been pleased with Dr. Dy in regards to my issues with hair loss but honestly her front staff isn't very friendly. I work in a similar field and I know how valuable first impressions can be to clients. I never get a good impression here. I often feel like a bother to the front staff. And it's almost impossible to get an appointment in a timely manner.

Love Dr. Dy and her staff. She SIGNIFICANTLY improved my Rosacea and uneven skin tone which is something I've struggled with for years since having children. The series of laser treatments worked wonders to get the red out! And she subsequently recommended a Skincare regimen specific to my needs - taking into consideration the extreme sensitivity I have to many ingredients in typical anti-aging products. I went in because I'm suffering from clogged pores and hormonal acne. While the doctor was very nice I did feel a bit rushed. She gave me a list of products to use, of course all to buy in her office. There was no pressure to buy all or any of them. 3 products was about $140. Not terrible. Dr Dy has on many an occasion gone out of her way to accommodate my need for an emergency appointment, spent extra time during consultation with me and generously given me instructions on what to do at home after my visit. Additionally, I have asked for and received her

If I didn't get a second opinion on a mole, I literally would not be around to write this review. My mole progressed to melanoma that went even further unfortunately. The 2nd opinion dermatologist looked at it right away and knew it was "off". I have since had 2 surgeries and everything is great now, but NO thanks to Dr. Lady Dy.

I was referred to Dr. Dy by my regular dermatologist.
Her staff is very professional and courteous. I felt Dr.Dy took her time to do a thorough evaluation and answered all questions. I probably had at least 6 visits over a period of 9 months. I was pleased every time as she continued to treat my condition until it was resolved. I couldn't be more grateful and I highly recommend her .

Initially, you assume this is a nice place and good environment. Until, you have any complications.. the entire point of cyst removal is that they don't occur in the same exact spot you paid for the removal. After the removal of a cyst, there was a white bubble that formed beside the end of her stitch. I called and asked to come in so the doctor can view it and see if anything went wrong. I was told I would be charged for that visit and that "yeah, it can happen, the doctor is viewing it so we can't waive the fee for the visit". That's the problem, wouldn't this doctors
