The prices are good but the service is slow. I called and was put on hold twice and at the end of the call they said thirty minutes. We already started and will be complete when I get here. I take my time and get here 40 minutes later and when I talked to the person at the front desk they hadn’t even started. I sat in the waiting chairs for another 45 minutes while they completed one order. I was the only one in the building and had to wait that long for them to get a single order. How can that be? Oh well what can you do. I guess their reputation is going down anyway so they don’t care on

Growing up in McAllen, Lee’s Pharmacy was the pharmacy to go to, even if it was on the South side of town. Today I was treated so poorly and spoken to in such a rude manner that I will NEVER set foot there again if I can help it. My PCP called in a Rx for a DME item that they had in stock. I first called and was ON HOLD for 45 minutes until I hung up. I had no one ask me to continue to hold or pick up my call. I was driving back from the Mid Valley. I went straight to Lee’s and was shuffled from standing in line at the pharmacy to being sent to wait for a DME representative. I took my number

The reason why I am rating this place as a one star is for several different reasons coming from the owner vela, marissa manager, and robert one of the therapist there. This pharmacy has no regard to customer service or the actual care of the clients. They take all of your info and never have anything ready. I have been a customer for the past to years and after receiving constructive criticism from me they get offended instead of trying to resolve the issue. Sorry but this pharmacy is a no for me .. no professionalism … phones ring all the time an nobody picks up only one person who at the moment was with me… I waited in the line for drive thru just for them to say oh you have to get off. I go inside with my two kids and that’s another 30 minutes. To Make things worse there wasn’t even customers in there

The girls that answer the phone are not very professional at all. Those girls overtalk you, no manners, they just know how to place you on hold, plus when they are asked questions they give you answers for something else.They need more training on coming back to phone letting you know what's going on. Mr. Vela, is never there whenever I ask for him.

There are 2 Lee Pharmacy's in McAllen...North 10th and South 2nd. Courteous service and the clincher for me is that the Pharmacy at North 10th has a restaurant...The food is BEYOND excellent with a varied menu. The burgers and fries are old fashion and the shakes will knock your teeth out...love this place!
