Keith grew up working for his grandfather at Fischbeck Welding, Inc and is now the proud owner and President. Keith attended Southwest Texas State University and has been working in the steel industry for 40 years. Keith is a 6th generation New Braunfels native and an active member of his community.
He participates in the Wurstfest Association by serving on the board of directors and is a member of the New Braunfels Chamber of Commerce, as well as the Association of General Contractors. As an avid outdoors-man he enjoys, hunting, fishing, and camping with his family. Keith enjoys teaching his grandchildren how to make homemade sausage and hunt.
