Our service department has a full staff of factory certified marine technicians on duty Tuesday through Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to get you back on the water in a flash. No job is too big or too small. We have certified Mercury and Yamaha outboard technicians along with certified Mercruiser technicians.

The service manager Jason at this place is very rude and unhelpful ! Lazy , and acts like you the customer is at his mercy . I had to call the manufacturer of the warrantee product to get answers because he told me they didn't have a phone number for them . Really , google works well for that . I called the manufacturer of the warrantee part and got the info I needed , then called Jason back to give it to him !

Horrible customer service. No follow through. Bought a month ahead of time to insure proper delivery for when I got into town. My concerns / needs has fallen of deaf ears with the owner Luke Payne. They Delivered boat from Missouri to Texas. Tires have curb rash, no power pole switches. They didn’t tell me ahead about the switches. Driver didn’t tell me about the curb rash. if I wouldn’t have called o tell them about it. Things wouldn’t be addressed Switches are on back order ? then why charge on MSRP they should be boat specific if Ranger is going to charge in the MSRP. No one has yet

Fantastic service. I was in and out in an hour and twenty minutes. And, they were busy while I was there. That includes going through finance and the boat walkthrough. Got a couple surprise gifts from the staff with my boat purchase. Thank you! Everyone was professional and courteous. Other businesses could take some lessons on customer service from these folks. My highest recommendation! If you're in the market for a boat give them a try.
