After paying a lot of money to DELL , having to wait for tech support & then to be told I’d have to send my computer in & pay a lot more money ..... I became frustrated.
This happened while I was away, so when I returned back to town , I contact Jerry & his team.
( Not only do I believe in supporting local businesses)

Jerry very methodically determined that the motherboard on my 5-year-old computer was shot. Time for a new computer. Together we chose top quality parts for a new build. They arrived quickly and he was done in less than a day. The new one is smaller, quieter, has more storage, and seems twice as fast, all at a price about a third of the old one! And NO DATA LOST! Thanks Jerry!

My mom has been experiencing numerous issues with her home PC. I searched and am so happy I contacted Jerry. I live in Fort Worth and needed him to help my mom who lives in Covington. He communicated with me through the entire process. He went above and beyond to be there for her when I couldn't be. He even stayed and watched T.V. with her lol! Such a great guy and so professional as well. He has her up and running! Called Jerry to remove POPUPS. His arrival was punctual, he removed the virus's, removed faulty security screen, installed new security screen, downloaded essential folders, uploaded Windows 10.
His charges were very reasonable. He gave me good advice. He was very personable.

After calling several places and describing my problem, Scroggin Networks and Computer Repair was the only company to take my business. My problem occurred during a planned power outage and as a result my network went offline. I use an external Seagate hard drive to store and access all my music and movies (I have about 5,000 cds stored on this plus many movies). I usually accessed my movies via my blu ray player so I had everything at my fingertips.
