It started out great; Valerie was immensely helpful. I was sent to their remnant yard in Rockland to meet with Jim McCadden, who measured the bathroom vanity I had in my car and who found me a matching piece of quartz. This was December 28th. I left a deposit. I have called Jim 4 times over the last 3.5 weeks and left polite messages asking him about ETA and no phone call has been returned. I texted him with no response. My husband called him with no response. I called the retail store and asked for the owner/manager and was told they would leave a message for Kathy Smitt, who did not return the

Went to store looking for 4inch ceramic soap and toothbrush dish,,,,Ms. Janice waited on me ,,,4 days later I called back ,,,receptionist took call, spoke to Janice got back to me,,,asked for my details,,,which tells me Janice never followed thru,,on trying to find my stuff,,,receptionist said she would see what she could do ,,,never called back,,either way,,,,Some advice: ,
if your making a small purchase,,,DON'T go there,,,they are only interested in customers,,who will spend a lot of money,,,sadly they quickly forgot,,when they started the business,,it was the little guy ,that made the company

Tiles by perfection installed all the stone counters in our new house in 2013. They broke the backsplash behind the kitchen sink and tried to hide the break in the stone with caulking. We requested that they replace the stone and have followed up with dozens of calls. As of Spring 2015 this has not been completed and the owner will not return calls. Do your self a favor and use any one but Tiles by Perfection.
