A: Our fee depends on the complexity of your case. We charge a competitive rate for the services we provide. It is not possible to quote a fee without more information about what type of case you have. A: Texas has a 60 day waiting period to finalize a divorce and Arkansas has a 30 day waiting period.

From day one Shawn became a mentor and friend to my husband. He helped him during some very dark times and through a rough divorce during his first case, and his second case still having to do with his ex! Which both turned out great!
Most recently he helped him during a custody battle. We have been hopeful for the past 6 months that we stood a chance getting full custody of his 3 kids, but we also knew It was going to be hard. Well Shawn is one heck of an attorney and we came out of the courthouse

After employing Mr Morgan to work for me with a $2500 retainer, 9 months went by with ZERO results. He apparently filed one paper and had her served. That was IT. My daughter was taken from a loving home and my goal was to get her returned. He stated and I quote "I'm doing gods work here, I feel like this is my calling." That was a load of crapola. Seemed like a great guy, but just didn't deliver AT ALL. seems that 400$ for paperwork and 35$ per email added up quickly just to take my money and make a quick buck. I then requested a refund that took me 2 months to get. He then sent to me a mere 1500

I had the privilege of testifying as a witness at a hearing for Mr. Morgan’s client. Never has an attorney made me feel more at ease about being on the witness stand. He simply assured me to tell the truth and all would be okay. He has a persona about him that made me feel at ease.
