Dana and the team took great care of my husband. The service was very nice, and the flowers were incredibly beautiful. Andre, the service attendant, was by my side making sure it went the way I wanted it to. He helped me through what I needed to do at the service because I was a little lost as one can imagine. I booked with short notice, and they made it happen. Every step of the process was made a little easier with all of the help they gave me. Attended a funeral here for a family member the staff was not prepared for the service there was so many different things that just did not sit right the video montage was not up and ready before guests got there mic microphone sounds was not checked prior two guests arriving but as the guest was sitting in the funeral home this was a personal family member and the details of the service the cost and fees was not explained thoroughly especially for a family who is grieving over a loss overpriced flower arrangement that cost $300 is absurd charging a widow $80 to process a death certificate. Serenity funeral home did an amazing job towards my father's funeral! Dooley made my father’s body look very natural and at peace. I was very pleased with his work. The staff was amazing all the way to the very end of my father’s burial. They gave me and my sister the support we needed to get through this tough time. I appreciate everything Andre did for us, he helped in so many ways and answered any questions we had. I will recommend his funeral home to anyone.

There are not enough words that I can use to describe how amazing Serenity Funeral Homes is! There service is second to NONE! They truly treat people with empathy and care during the most heartbreaking times of their lives. I unfortunately had to bury my step-father and mother within 15 months of each other. The staff at Serenity did an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING job with both of my loved ones. They were courteous and did not treat us like just another customer. First and foremost I would like to thank The Creator (God) for giving me another opportunity to see another day. I want to thank Serenity for being the first one's to reach out to me after my mother's passing back in March of 2020. They were warm and caring and although I already had started making arrangements here in California where my mother lived the Serenity family still extended their services to me. Sending me cards, a care package, mural picture of my mother meant so much. Thanks Andre Bailey and the staff for your kindness and professional advice and service during that difficult time

My sister's body, upon viewing was swollen to the point of looking completely unlike her. Her skin was shades darker than the photographs we provided. The original clothes that were provided for the viewing no longer fit and were too small. Consequently a larger set of clothing had to be purchased. Upon entering the venue, no one handed out obituaries, and members of her immediate family had to ask for one. Lastly, this funeral home is located in an industrial park area. If you are looking for a green grassy, peaceful locale---this is not it. This awful situation only compounded our grief

Wonderful facility that made our grief easier..They went above and beyond at every step at every turn thru entire process! The entire staff are so gracious so warming! We could not have imagined how amazing they would be.. They are first class from time my brother passed to the end. I wish i could add star's cause they were and are amazing. Our pain is so great for our lost but they truly gave us soooo much support and pure LOVE! Thank you can not come close to what we feel! But truly thank you! I will always recommend them.. Trust me we have just had a service for our grandma. And that facility
