I purchased a 40 ft gooseneck PJ trailer from Nationwide Trailers north Houston location last week. My salesman was Caleb and he was awesome from start to finish. Not only did he get me the best trailer at the best price, he also helped me picked out all of the straps and winches that I needed. His service was A+ throughout the entire process.
All the staff have great Customer Service and are very attentive to my need in the trailers I am looking for. I have visited this dealer several times over the last few years, even a rented a trailer from them. They have always provided super friendly services from parts to sales. Today I finally purchased my new trailer and Shonna made it so quick and easy with her knowledge of what I needed.

Nobody employed for Nationwide Trailers made any attempt to come out and help us with getting some information concerning the purchase of a gooseneck trailer. I had several questions but they seem to be more interested in leaving for the day. I am a firm believer that I will not beg you to take my money for a purchase.

Comparing in between a PJ and Ranch King
I feel we are going to go with Trailer Wheel and Frame because of not only workmanship PJ a great trailer also, however the service at Ranch King was prompt and nice. After dealing with Mr. Humphrey I'm going back to where I feel they will take care of you after the sale......

Bought a trailer and had some trouble with the electric over hydraulic brakes system . After buying a $150 brake module it still didn't work. Called back today and Cody walked me through and had me send him some pics of the wiring and he immediately found the problem . Its working wonderfully now. Thanks Cody. Now I can put it to work .

This is an update review, I had some issues with the the process my salesman took to sale me my trailer , There were better ways this deal could have gone but unfortunately it didn’t go that way and I left with a bitter taste of this place . I posted my dissatisfaction and Troy and the salesman contacted me to try to resolve this issue , the problem wasn’t 100% what I expected but at least they did show concern and wanted to make me feel better about this deal and they do care about their customers, Anthony did apologize and we worked things out .I still would not trust the sales people here
