Water expands when it freezes, so not properly winterizing your engine can lead to a cracked block, necessitating engine replacement. Even a short freeze can cause expanding ice to crack a manifold. To circulate antifreeze through the engine, if the boat is in the water, close the intake seacock. Dropped my boat off on a Friday for a winterization service and to correct a warranty issue that the dealer I purchased my boat from couldn’t fix. My boat was completed in less than a week, ready for pickup. When I picked the boat up the service manager came out and explained what was done. They are not the cheapest shop in town but you get what you pay for. Now my boat is ready to hit the lake once it warms up. Thanks Norris Marine!

DJ and the guys at Norris Marine were awesome and beyond professional! Made the boat buying process the easiest purchase I’ve ever made. They were knowledgeable on all their boats in house from tournament fishing boats to wakeboard/surf boats they knew their stuff. Norris Marines customer service is top notch. Every issue I've had with any boat I've own was taken care of promptly. They double checked manufacturers warranties to insure I wasn't over charged for parts that weren't needed. That's why I have purchased 3 boats from them. Well worth the 90 mile drive. Also I will continue to be a loyal customer even though there is a boat dealership 3 miles from my house.

Norris marine went above and beyond to get my pontoon boat fixed! They worked with Tracker and made arrangements to get my pontoon logs replaced from a previous repair done by Boat City that was unacceptable! They were fast and upfront and honest about the entire process! We are considering buying a new bass boat next year and I will no doubt be buying from Norris Marine when the time comes!

After reading previous reviews of course I was a little apprehensive. Went in to look at a boat and my experience was polar opposite of previous reviews. The salesman was more than eager to help and answer any questions and was not a shopper stalker. We were able to look around without a lot of pressure. We decided to buy and the process was extremely smooth. Even buying out of state and the paperwork was a breeze. We've been wanting a new boat for years and glad we landed here. It was a great experience.

I asked what their shop rate is and was told "we don't have as shop rate but this usually satisfies people when I tell them that if we look at your boat and you decide not to leave it with us for the repairs then we charge $140 just for looking at it." This after I told her that my old 1989 Bass Tracker just has a simple ignition problem. I hung up on the lady after asking for and getting clarification on that policy. Now I know after this experience and reading their other two reviews to never go in this place for anything ever.

I'm surprised their still open. I was shopping for my third new boat a Recently and had a terrible experience. I was ignored until I searched out a sales associate and requested assistance. His response, " I guess I can help you if your serious". I refrained my instinctual response. After he insulted me the second time within 5 minutes, I kindly thanked him for only wasting 5-10 minutes of my time. I had previously visited the store and felt a sense that I was inconveniencing the counter person. I've purchased a Cobalt R7 and enjoyed a wonderful experience in OKC.
