Ken saved us SOOO much money when our washer pump went out! They were able to fit us in the same morning that we called and Ken was able to determine what the issue was and assured us that it was something that could be fixed and didn’t require buying a whole new washer over. He ordered the part and came back 2 days later with Terry and replaced the pump and had our washer up and running in less than 30 minutes from the time they arrived. The men were professional, polite, friendly and efficient. I highly recommend One Choice and will use them again in the future for any appliance repairs we

Have used One Choice on two occasions now and both times have been very good experiences. Ended up having to replace the washer and now the dryer (both pretty old). Both Ken and Mr. Terry were very professional and knowledgeable. They took their time to discuss the problems with me and what options I had. I would definitely recommend One Choice if you are in need of appliance repair.
