In the simplest form to be a fiduciary means to put your clients' needs above all else - all else. Tony Robbins in his book, "Unbreakable" clarifies this standard. He points out that he wrote a book in 2014 called, "Money, mastering the game" where he too was given misinformation. The information he wrote in 2014 presumed that if an advisor is licensed as an investment advisor they always put the clients needs first.

Well, between 2014 and 2017 Tony Robbins found that this is not the case. A financial advisor could be dually licensed and switch hats at any moment. A second opinion. Are you confident enough in your advisor to take the time for a second opinion? Know this little detail - most, if not all, of our clients formerly worked with someone else.

We believe in getting to know our clients. In our experience it is equally, if not even more, important that we get to know you and what is important to you than it is for us to get know your numbers. After we get to know you we will start to evaluate your financial planning options. Did I mention that we do fee only financial planning?

Watch out. Richard was extremely unprofessional and very pushy almost aggressive. Take your money elsewhere. I can’t believe Richard is still employed with Onesta. Shame on him and his company for letting him speak to people in this manner. Very sad.
