The whole experience from start to finish was great! Jessica, dispatcher at Southern Maryland Towing, was easy to talk to as they were thorough to ensure that the right tow truck was dispatched. Shawn, the tow truck driver, was very patient, knowledgeable, and helpful as well! I am very impressed with Southern Maryland Towing and would request them in the future when I'm in this area. Great Job to everyone involved!!!

They were very professional. Their pricing is very reasonable and considering the circumstances that it was under I would highly recommend them if you were having to divide out assets (anything with needing to be towed), and having to drop off an item to somebody else that’s involved with it. Hands down they won over my business for life.

Had to be towed last night and was 25 miles from home. we had Tim Shores come to help us from SoMd Towing. he went above and beyond to help us. very professional and polite. it was dark and getting late. we called a relative to come get us. Tim waited for them to get there. he made sure we were safe. Highly recommend this company and Tim Shores.

I called a rollback of my own. Cops wouldn’t wait 30 min. SMD towing picked my car, which was 200 yards from home. Would not tow home for me and charged me over 500 at their shop. Very very unhappy with everything about SMD towing. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANY ONE WHO NEEDS A TOW. F””king asholes.

They have always provided great service. I had an assistance last week and they gentleman explained to me that it was my battery and we were getting one that week but something came up and we couldn't and then we needed you all again and it was the short stocky gentleman with the beard and always has on sunglasses and has a partner with him, a much younger guy probably his son to come out again because we were actually going to get the battery that day. Your staff is always great, so now you can let the drivers know that we finally got the battery and it fixed the issue, so they won't have to come

Southern MD Towing typically comes to the rescue when I have to use my AAA membership. They're always prompt and professional. Just this week, one of their employees (Will) went above and beyond to help me after I mistakenly locked my keys, cell, and wallet in my truck. Highly recommended!

Locked my keys in my car at while at the family shore house. Called at 1 am Saturday morning and Sean from Southern Maryland Towing arrived before estimated. Sean was; professional, personable, respectful, knowledgeable and talented. Arrived in 30 minutes and had me inside my car within moments. I even had a few laughs with Sean while he worked his magic. Trust this man 100% and if his work is indicative of Southern Management Towing as a whole, they are the ones you want showing up when you're in a bind.

Our tow driver WB was terrific he was on time called me to make sure he had the right tow truck to accommodate my truck. He was early on the expected arrival time, he was very efficient on the way he loaded up our truck onto his tow truck. He was very safe driving it back to our house all on New Years Eve! Thank you so much for your excellent service! Highly appreciated and highly recommend this company

I am happy with the tow experience and would use / recommend Southern Maryland Towing again! The guys that responded are down to earth guys. I would actually prefer that they are the towing company dispatched in the future through my Roadside assistance and will request them in particular if a tow is needed because of what I've mentioned to include the fact that they have the necessary heavy duty tow truck needed for the job with my particular scenario.

I really enjoyed Southern Maryland Tow's services. Every time I have my vehicles towed the drivers are very punctual and if there is any delay in schedule they always let me know ahead of time. Very nice and professional staff. Never an awkward moment. They are actually my favorite and preferred towing company in Southern Maryland.
