They definitely need more than one person in the store at all times. Waited almost an hour because some of the customers were holding up the line. They need to know how to use their smartphones to download labels. I could say a lot more but I leave it at that. They charge $5 to Box it up for you labour. My total bill was $84 in something sense. 2 male 1 package to Pennsylvania. She said fedex was the cheapest.

Online Fedex shipping $24, - in store $36; Fedex web site didn't work to print the label at home - went to the store and took the package back home because the price difference was not acceptable. Otherwise, they are friendly...Lesson learned - print your labels at home...

Very unprofessional! one employee dresses as she is going to a festival, the dress code leaves lots to be desired. She took over an hour processing one simple request, while the other employee took care of about 10 clients or more. I went back for a refund of an unused item and they refused to give me my money back. Wish FED EX had another shipping place in Palm Coast.
