I never write reviews but I had to say something. I brought my laptop to him for issues of it overheating. I gave him the error code. Days later I was informed that it would cost me over $300.00 to get fixed as the issues has to do with the hard drive becoming overheated. His suggestion was for me to purchase a new one as he said it wasn't worth it to get fixed. He even said that he could get me a deal on one if I was interested. I declined and picked up my laptop. I did my own investigation and found out that it was just the fan and it didn't cost $ 300.00 but only $50.00 to replace. My laptop

My company desktop was showing signs of possible malware attack, so I called Chris at Starr Technology Solutions. He came out right away and checked things out and left me with a system that I know is running as it should. Price for their professional service was very fair. I find the folks down at Starr Tech really down to earth and more than capable of dealing with all out computer problems! Other companies we have went through in the past were all hit and miss when it comes to service quality and or price, but so far Starr Tech have been just so awesome for us that I just can't NOT write them a 5 star review, they're just that good!

Starr Technology Services has been the best thing that has happened to us. We had a horrible experience with our last computer company. They could never show up as scheduled. Ran up our labor bill into the thousands and gave us excuse after excuse as to why they could not complete the job. I called Starr Technology, Chris came out and with in 20 minutes they fixed most of our issues that the other company couldn't do within the 3 months they were here. Chris is very honest, trustworthy, and reliable. I recommend him to anyone that needs help with computers or tech support
