The worst place to have your taxes done. Two years in a row our stuff has been messed up. The first time we received a nasty letter in the mail from the IRS, which wasnt our fault. It should've been caught by the places handling our information. Which it wasn't. We called and tried to get them to help us but after we wrote a letter to the IRS they basically said "there's nothing more we can do". Now speed up to this year. We decide to go back but use a different person to help us. This person tells us "oh I wish I had known last year that happened to yall" "
