I show women how to improve lean muscle, while removing fat, and eat however they want without sabotaging their goal. I do this by providing them a fitness strategy that is aligned with their energy consumption style, lifestyle, and nutrition. Whether they want to lose inches, gain inches, improve their health and vitality, whatever the goal, its all about learning how to work with energy balance.

This was my first time getting trained by personal trainer. I didn’t know what to expect but she is really good, push you to your limit, has good knowledge of exercise, right form and nutrition, and I don’t normally write reviews or whatsoever so she is that good!!!
In the time of three months, I totally transformed in to the level of where I wanted to be, now I get to enjoy going surfing and hiking with my family without feeling like I’m falling behind!! I definitely have more energy and stamina. I feel great, thanks for coach sharon! She is da best!!!

I've been working with Sharon for 4 months, and It transformed my body so much already. I lost not only 6 pounds from my body weight but also 3.6% of body fat which is even harder to reduce than the body weight. I tried the in-person+mobile app program for 3 months and intense 4 weeks in-person program which I met her 6 days a week during winter break. Working with Sharon as my online personal trainer has been a fabulous experience. Though I was a bit hesitant signing up for an online program, I took a chance with Sharon's 12-week weight loss program and the results have been better than I ever expected.

I participated in Sharon’s 21 day challenge and had very good results. The daily menu, exercise and motivational emails helped me keep on track. I was able to loss and keep off 9 pounds . The experience has helped me have a healthier relationship with food and be mindful toward food choices and unnecessary eating. The past 2 years, I have tried so many different things to lose weight and get in shape, unfortunately without much success. Because of this, I found it extremely hard to stay positive. This is my first time working with a personal trainer and I must say, Sharon is a true master of her craft. She truly cares and is passionate about what she does. Sharon really breaks everything down once you fill out her assessment to come up with a road map of how we were going to reach my goals. I have been working with Sharon since the beginning of the year. I've been in a slump since having my 2nd child 5 years ago. I have been working with coach Sharon Aldeguer of Nom Nom Fit since January 2019. She is a certified personal trainer and really knows her stuff!
She is actually based in Honolulu, HI, but she has an app that she uses to customize workouts for her clients who are not local. I am not able to join/go to a gym due to my husband's work schedule and the fact that I'd need to go too early in the morning to try and drag my kiddos along. It has been a huge blessing that I have been able to do all of my workouts from the convenience of my home.
