My hair was badly damaged several months ago at a different salon! I am getting married in 3 months so I was in desperate need of a hair refresh. Deana talked me through the process, discussed color options and showed me swatches. She explained that I wasn't going to get the full blonde that I'm going for in one salon visit. I expected that and was ok with that! She did an amazing job giving my hair life again. The color looks amazing and I'll be able to achieve the blonde I want by January and in time for my wedding. I high recommend their salon. Great team, super friendly, beautiful/clean salon

I just moved from the Midwest so I was in need of a new hair stylist and I hit the JACKPOT with this place! Every experience from scheduling the appointment to checking out was amazing. Arora, my stylist, was incredible!!! I will seriously never go to anyone else. She spent so much extra time making sure my hair turned out how I wanted and I couldn’t be happier with the results.
Every employee was friendly, accommodating, and beyond welcoming. Ugh! So happy to have found this place!

My husband and I can't say enough about the 5 star service the entire team at Vitality at Focal Point provide. Michael is the perfect person to be greeted by at the door! Michelle, Brian and their team of experts make you feel at home. Their professional approach to helping their clients be the best version of themselves, especially as we age, is truly second to none!

I have only been here twice for a treatment and I can say two things... this Salon and Spa has great customer service and is so sparkling and clean. I cannot recommend Focal Point enough! I've been coming here for a little over six months now. Michelle and Brian, the owners, genuinely know each of us and make you feel like you're a part of their family. Dr. MK is both enjoyable to hang out with AND phenomenal at what she does. I also appreciate that they are helpful without being pushy. I never feel like they are pushing me to try any other services or do more botox than I want, which is super refreshing to find in the med spa world. Their pricing is fair for the high quality services you get. Highly recommend!

Went to two sessions to get my hair lightened and full highlights. My scalp felt like it was burning. I had to ask multiple times to reduce the heat of the water when my hair was being washed. As for results, it was barely noticeable that my hair was lightened. Maybe if you look in the light in an angle. I felt understanding as I had been dying my hair in the past.

I've been going to Focal Point for a variety of reasons for over a year. Working with Michelle and Brian's team is world-class. They are all so friendly and engaging without being distracting to the purpose of the visit. The addition of Dr. Fox has given me an additional reason to go to Focal Point. My experience with her has been top notch. She is thorough, detail oriented and easy talk to about things you as the patient don't understand.

Had a great experience at this spa. Went in for a dermaplane, and left super satisfied and informed. I had no idea that I had sun damage to my skin, but Riley taught me so much about myself. She is super professional, bubbly, knowledgeable, and gentle. Her room was very clean and sanitary, and the process was painless and relaxing. I was GLOWING afterwards. She also took the time to recommend products and procedures that would benefit my personal skin, but was not pushy about anything. Highly recommend her. Check the place out! It's basically your one stop shop for self care!

Okay, got my lips done today. Freakin wow. Literally Dr MK is unbelievable. Her technique is fast and little to no pain. EXACTLY what I wanted.
What I loved is the way she puts on the filler. I was able to come home and still put on lipstick for dinner after getting them done. I'm so in love. Barely any swelling or soreness AND NOT ONE BRUISE!

My mother-in-law and I went to get haircuts and she also got a color... we were absolutely floored with the exceptional customer service and overall results! I am super particular on how I like my hair and my hair still looked amazing even 3 days later! Every single person in that office makes coming in there an unforgettable experience and one that feels like home. Dr. MK is my go-to for any cosmetic fixes!!! She’s fast, painless, and always takes care of me. I always want to maintain a natural look & have never been disappointed!!!! Jamie is also such a sweetheart & always stays on top of getting me the best deals possible. They are so convenient to book, because you can simply text them and they are quick to respond, even when it’s late at night. The whole staff is so kind and makes you feel like family. I highly recommend this place for your needs!!!!
