Known for our friendly service, Health Innovations Pharmacy is a locally-owned, full-service Compounding Lab with a Home Medical and Mobility Department (DME) and Diabetic Supply and Shoe Department. We are located at 295 Pinehurst Avenue in Southern Pines. Our Home Medical Department offers mobility solutions with Scooters, Power Wheel Chairs, and Lift Chairs.
We encourage you to work with your doctor, pharmacist, registered dietician, and/or a certified diabetes educator to develop an appropriate plan for your type of diabetes, medication, and lifestyle. Our knowledgeable staff will gladly assist you in choosing the right product for your needs and answer any questions you may have about our products.
Our Home Medical Department staff is addresses issues with Home Safety, Home Health, Accessibility, and Mobility. We supply hospital beds, manual wheel chairs, rolling walkers, traditional walkers and more. We carry a complete line of braces, supports, and compression hosiery. We will help you select the product to best fit your needs, offer recommendations on equipment, and educate you or your loved on the product.
We're your Mobility Experts! At Health Innovations Pharmacy, we're committed to bringing the best and most functional technology available. We work with industry leaders such as Quickie, Sunrise, Pride, and Golden Technologies so we can offer you a wide variety of specialized equipment. We offer specialized wheel chairs for pediatrics through adults, power wheel chairs and scooters.

When I first started going there I was impressed. Everyone was extremely friendly and very helpful regarding masks. These last couple times I’ve gone it doesn’t seem like the staff is friendly. I ended up buying a box of masks I wasn’t told that they come in different sizes so I ended up getting masks that was too big. They’re non-returnable. They were expensive. I’m disappointed in the quality of service. The mask I bought originally fits so much better and now they have different masks. My bad in regards to not just buying one of them but it was cheaper to get a box so I got a box not

Purchased a VERY EXPENSIVE GOLDEN POWER LIFT CHAIR in 2017 had the seat replaced in 2019 and now in 2021 the is falling apart. They won't fix anything correctly as I have the same issue now and other issues that they seem to have $ excuses for. I would like them to replace the chair with 9ne that is comfortable considering I have health issues that is why I bought the EXPENSIVE chair in the first place. If you but a power chair but it direct from the mfg. which is where I should have gone in the first place.

They get one star because there is no option for zero stars. We purchased an item from them that upon opening we discovered was either defective or broken as it would not work as described. When we tried to return it we were told we could not because of Covid. Really, Covid is now an expectable excuse for not standing by your products. I will never shop here again and would urge others to look elsewhere.

A few months back my 57 yr old son had double by pass and I didn't know what to do for him to come home: they suggested paper liners for his chair, disposable body wash cloths and wipes, had bed trays (like hospital) adjustable heights and many other things to make my job easier. It was wonderful to know he could be taken care of at home without a live in nurse. Many thanks to all who helped me - 78 years of age and I was getting so nervous. Thank you, thank you.

Health Innovations Pharmacy has ALWAYS been the best local pharmacy I’ve had. The staff and the pharmacists are on point. They know you by name even on the phone!! Who does that?? Nobody.....except for Health Innovations. The staff is courteous and friendly.
As for DOUG CHAGNON’S negative review, check your receipt OR make sure it’s a product you can return. A little bit of common sense goes a long way. I’ve purchased items from them as well (such as closeout items) where sales are final but I find this information out IN ADVANCE so don’t blame others for your lack of common sense. Nobody

I bet you thought this pharmacy couldn't get any more shady, well you were wrong. Let's say you purchase an item in store, well that is why we would go into a store right? Let's say you changed your mind, this happens. You go back to the store for a refund and bam, A RESTOCKING FEE! Now let me ask you WHY would you purchase anything at a store who has no concern for you and your hard earned money? Well of course you won't. Excellent pharmacy, I needed a perscription for my T-Cup Yorkie and they were the only ones willing to custom make it right before the holiday. She is so small the dosage needed to be adjusted. When I called I spoke to an actual person, not a machine. They were fast, friendly and courteous. This pharmacy is an hour away from me so I appreciated the quick service, they also advised me I can have my refills mailed, which was an awesome tip! This time was an emergency I had no choice to make the trip my little Blossom needed her meds right away and it was well worth the trip!
