I am writing on behalf of my wee Aunt Maureen who sadly lost her husband and best friend Gordon Cameron on the 14th of May this year. She had been amazingly strong throughout his illness and eventual sad but peacefull passing.
We contacted Heritage on the Friday evening after my wee uncle G passed away.Graham came out to the house very quickly after and he was like an angel in disguisr of a man in a suit. He put my aunt at ease and explained everything with dignity and grace and made the whole experience a nice one,which is not a word i would previously have used for that type of situation.

From the first point of contact the service Heritage provided was second to none.We are so grateful for the dignity and respect shown to our much loved Margaret.
The comfort and support shown to the family got us all through this sad time. Nothing was too much trouble and all our wishes were carried out with sensitivity and thoughtfulness.

Thank you all at Heritage especially Lorna its a difficult enough time when you lose a loved one but they organised everything and everything is done in a lovely sympathetic manner. I honestly cant thank them enough I was really worried initially as didn't know how or what to do and they dealt with absolutely everything in such a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Will always be grateful to you for looking after us at a time we really needed somebody to look after us.

I can’t thank the Heritage enough for the service provided which was seamless from start to finish.
Lorna was outstanding in her caring and sympathetic approach and her organisational skills where second to none.Everything was organised for me, from booking the church, organising and printing order of service, booking the registrar, contacting the council regarding the lair, cars, flowers, etc.
Thanks to the Heritage all the family had to do was turn up on the day!
All the stress to organise a funeral was taken out of my hands which I can not thank you enough for.

A family run business that genuinely cares about looking after your loved one in your time of need . They are very caring and have a personal touch that most funeral directors no longer have the ability to provide . If you are looking for a genuine caring company then you’ve found it .
