Prowers Medical Center provides a variety of general care and specialty services from our hospital and clinics. Service areas include inpatient, emergency, surgery, birthing center and a variety of outpatient care services. Our primary care clinic has doctors, nurse practitioners and a physician assistant to provide primary care services to you and your family.

The Clinic provides patients online access to specific health information in their medical record via a secure patient portal that allows you to send messages to your provider, see existing appointments, ask a question, find health forms, manage your prescriptions and pay your bills. The Certified Nurse Aide is responsible for providing direct patient care within the scope of their practice. The Certified Nurse Aide will function as a secondary caregiver. No supervisory responsibilities. Assists with assessments, documentation, provides emotional support, and coordinates transfers.

I went into the ER with side effects from a new medication. The symptoms were of a very rare side effect that I was told to watch for directly from my doctor. I was treated as if I was making it up, and made to wait (needlessly) for over an hour in the waiting room. After my doctor returned my call and then called the ER they finally brought me to a room with no door knob. The ER doctor came in the room told me that my symptoms were not text book presentation and therefore I did not have the side effect I claimed. I was not going to receive treatment for what I came in for and there are no other

Website says "your place for complete passionate care". Ever hear of price gouging? I called to dispute a charge of $96.00 for a $10.00 tube of OTC rub on muscle relaxer. I was told they can charge that because it's an ER... And they DO! Just because they can doesn't mean they should. Personally, I believe "complete passionate care" goes out the window when it comes time to bill the patient.

If I could give them no stars I would. This hospital is awful. I had a miscarriage 6 months ago that they would do absolutely nothing to help me with. I got sent home and told to deal with it. I ended up going to loveland colorado which is almost 5 hours away and went in for emergency surgery due to their negligence. I have been fighting with them for 6 months over medical bills. Either I haven't gotten calls back, have been hung up on, or just not given correct information from their billing department. I work in primary care billing and this is just ridiculous how they treat their clients. LITERALLY

Love love love the care my kids always get here! Had a pretty sick kiddo that I had to pick up from school. I called and explained how uncomfortable he was and the symptoms he was having, we were scheduled same day. The nurse who did his covid swab, before we could go in, was amazing about keeping him calm while collecting the sample and comforting him afterwards. The provider we saw did an outstanding job with communicating with him to gather the information she needed, did a thorough exam and prescribed the antibiotics, all in under an hour. The follow up instructions were super clear and reassuring

Very rude staff. I've had maybe two good physicians but they never stay. They seem bothered to be there. The girls up front answer the phone with attitude and are hateful to patients. I don't feel comfortable taking my family here but we have no other choice. I wish there were some place better....PMC needs some improvement with it's staff to say the least...

I'm an over the truck driver. I was having a hemroid flare up. I was in excruciating pain I drove my big truck to the emergency room. I was crying out in pain. They did nothing for me. I walked out without them doing anything for me. The doctor was more like a veterinarian than a physician. Avoid this place at all cost. I'm now laying in my bunk about to pass out from the pain. They didn't even offer me an ice pack.
