Stettler Supply Company is a locally owned and operated business located in Salem, Oregon. We have been in business since 1948 and employ over 30 full time employees. We provide quality construction, design, and repair service throughout Oregon and Washington. With a staff of three irrigation designers, Stettler Supply Company provides irrigation systems from design to start-up for grass seed, row crops, vineyards, berries, orchards, and more.
We design and supply whatever system is appropriate for each job utilizing linears, center pivots, drip irrigation, micro-sprinklers, as well as conventional impact sprinklers, and hard hose travelers. Thanks Settlers Supply Co.! We were without water for about a week thinking we could replace our well pump ourselves...ha! We called Stettler and they sent someone out right away and found it wasn't our pump after all, it was the fuse that blew and took out the control box. They replaced the control box and we had water. They were quick to respond and got us going in no time.

I find the staff at Stettler to generally be qualified. However, they are quite sure they are right at all times under all circumstances. I talked to the service manager about some poor service that I received and he insisted he's never had a problem before and that he has 6 years of attaboys on his wall. That's all very nice for him, but he gets one not very attaboy from me.
He insisted that he has to trust his technicians when they write things up. But if they don't make any mistakes they sure can't be trusted to fess up to making one now can they?

I needed some advice on running new pipe to our jet well. I got talking to the service manager and asked him about changing to a submersible pump. He explained to me what to do, sized the pump and grabbed all the parts and even found the original well report. He gave me his card told me to call if I had problems getting it together. I will be back!

Our experience with this company was fantastic! They answered the phone right away. We were able to send them a picture of the parts we needed and got a response that they had it in stock. The employee we worked with was knowledgeable. Prices were reasonable and all this on a Saturday!!!!

These guys are complete liars. A few months back I had them come take a look at my well pump. They removed the pump and took it into their shop where they said they couldn't repair the pump and it was going to be 600 to 1000 dollars for a new setup. I looked elsewhere got the pump repaired for 85 dollars. I then go today to install the repaired pump (The one they said couldn't be fixed). Then I find out that the guy they sent to remove the pump broke off two bolts in the pump mount which is why they said the pump couldn't be repaired and I needed a new system. I will also be filing a better business

Stettler's is a really good place to go to for your pump needs. These guys have helped me out a lot when my pump house went down, bought a couple of things from them and had a motor tested and they were always very friendly and gave me lots od advice and pointers on how to set my pump house electrics up correctly. I've got nothing bad to say about them, other than the price, but when you're buying pumps and things of that nature you're going to have to spend some money.
