We love our new garage doors! The installer was great and the doors look amazing - not only from the outside, but they totally transform the inside of our garage since they let in so much light. We had to wait longer than normal to get the doors due to COVID but it was so worth the wait. Great quality doors and awesome team to work with at Excel - from coming to our home to measure & quote, to installation.

Their service is horrible.. Called Monday for a broken spring.. Was told they would try to squeeze me in tomorrow.. Wednesday came and I had to leave so figured I'd call and see a time.. They proceed to tell me 1 or 2 could be later.. How am I possibly squeezed in the day b4 then goto 4 or 5th on the list the next day? If you're that backed up stay late one day and catch up or lose business now and future.. Smart choices

Great company to work with. They installed two doors for me over the years and one for my sister. I just had them out for an appointment at my new home. I placed another order for a 9’ foot door and scheduled an installation. This company is easy to work with and their pricing is competitive. They also stand behind their product which is what stood out to me the most.

Their service sucks. Door spring broke, said "We'll be out tomorrow afternoon." After 2 days I called them back. "We had emergencies we had to do first."
Second time; motor finally gave out so I bought a requested a new unit. "Can't make it today but should be there tomorrow afternoon. Again 2-days later I called. "We've had some emergencies." What's an emergency with a garage door? It either works or it doesn't. Mine doesn't!
