Found baby outfits for my little one that gets too warm often in other baby clothes. Worth the trip

I'm trying to support small businesses during this difficult time, but I sure didn't feel appreciated at this store. I had difficulty returning a "big ticket item" (Kathy's words) within the 10 day period. I would have gladly just exchanged, but they did not have what I wanted and said she only orders in bulk at Christmas time. I was finally able to get a refund, but begrudgingly. It's a cute store with unique & trendy items, but I'm hesitant to shop here again.

Rude rude rude!!!! The older lady helping me was so rude and unapologetic!!!

I bought a bunch of stuff for a gift off their sale rack not know that the sale rack is FINAL SALE.

The lady refused to even exchange my items said that the policy is on their receipt. Well isn't it too late anyway if I read it on my receipt after the fact that I already made the purchase????

I told her to make an exception and that her sale sign should read "FINAL SALE" and she didn't even respond but said "I might" under her breath. Then she even asked went to the extent of saying

So i went shopping here for the first time and it was also my last time. DURING the middle of a DEADLY PANDEMIC, not a single employee wore a mask nor are they required to wear one. An older woman and an older man who work there openly discussed amongst themselves and with their other employees how ridiculous it was to be wearing a mask. And how they don’t make sense and how they don’t protect you etc. FINE. thats your opinion if you feel that way. But, you could practice a bit of PROFESSIONALISM when it comes to the things you decide to discuss while you are on the clock and around your customers

All patrons must wear masks, however no one working there has masks on! Please explain this to me! It does not make me feel safe to shop there!!

Walked in to store to buy my future granddaughter her first new outfit and none of the staff acknowledged me or asked me if I would like help. I had a cute outfit ready to ring up and walked away since they apparently only cater to existing customers. Too bad for them as I have $$ to spend on the new baby.

They always have that SPECIAL gift u are looking for. The free gift wrap is amazing and the customer service is the BEST.
It's so nice to have this specialty store in the Village.

This is a staple in town yes it's expensive! I always have a great experience even if I'm just over that way and pop in to look and don't buy anything everyone has been helpful and friendly!

I've been shopping at Ragamuffin for 30 + years, first for my children and now I have grandchildren to shop for and spoil. The staff has always been nice and helpful. The clothing and unique items they carry are reasonable, and I usually take a few items home with me. Also, the gift-wrapping they offer is amazing! I highly recommend this store.

My mom shopped here for me as a child and now I have the pleasure of shopping here for my babies. The store always has such adorable clothing for both my son and daughter. Kathy is so sweet and was able to place a special order for a romper I wanted. I have had to exchange sizes a few times and have never had an issue. I definitely will continue to shop here.

Next time I consider keeping my dollars local and purchasing a gift or boutique item from a local business it will not be at Ragamuffin. I recently had a terrible customer service experience leaving me less than inclined to return. I went in last week with my daughter and had a perfectly fine, unremarkable experience, greeted by a pleasant staff, made my purchase and left. When I got home I discovered one item that was paid for that was an item I had stated at register I chose against purchasing though she had erroneously rang up. No big deal, I'll just return it. Next I discovered the shoes

Horrible service! I was given a gift that was too small for my baby. I brought the gift to the cashier and she told me that she wasn't going to take it back. I told her that I would have no problem getting the same thing in a bigger size. She so rudely told me that it was a clearance item and that the purpose of putting these outside is to get RID of them. If she would have let me get a bigger size she still would have been left with the same amount of items.................. all she left with is an unhappy customer that will NEVER come back. I will definitely tell my friends and family to stay

First off these workers are absolutely rude! i walked into the store and not one person said hello or do you need help with anything. I felt judged as if i wasn't good enough to be in this store. While I was looking at the hair bows, the worker was starring at me as if I'm going to put one in my purse. Clothes are way too pricey. I walked out with 2 outfits but I will NEVER go in that store again! Hopefully they look at these reviews and start changing the way they treat customers, because without customers buying something, they will go out of business especially since they aren&apos

Horrible customer service. We were gifted a bathing suit for our daughter, and unfortunately it was the wrong size. We wanted to exchange it for a bigger size (as you would in any other store) and we were denied that privilege. The ill mannered older lady at the register said, "sorry all sales are final." Save your money and go to a better boutique. We left all the other items we were willing to purchase.

First time and last time coming in. As long as I've ever shopped along with all you who are reading this I've NEVER seen an outfit on one hanger ( shirt and short outfit) being priced as separates . The store is cute but very pricy. Customer service was like a "Pretty Woman" they treated me as if I couldn't afford the outfit . Of course out of spite I bought the outfit but will not be going back .

Great helpful team that were incredibly insightful about the products they sold. More expensive than other places but worth every penny - great service and selection more than proves that

I've been coming here for over 6 years and I have never had to return or exchange anything so I totally forgot the stores policy. However, today I bought a pair of jeans and walked out and went to the bakery shop to then realize I had gotten the wrong size. Went back to return them (no joke 7min later) and they would not by any chance give me my money back. I understand they have a policy but jeans were not cheap and I seriously had just walked out. For that I will think twice before going back. I'll just buy from Nordstrom online same stuff and can return anytime :)

I love this place. I have received gifts for my daughter from here. I have shopped here. I love it! Great place to shop for your childrens clothing for a family photo or special event.

YES the clothing is high end. But it sure lasts! They wash well and are soft to the touch.

I have alot of basic clothing from stores like Kohls, Target, Babies R Us and Macys. But I love mixing a few NICER things from Ragamuffin. I come in occasionally to purchase things for my daughter. I have to say that the clothing from here lasts alot longer than stores like Target or Babies R Us.
