Density is a big factor for detemining freight class. Although we always recommend determining your actual freight class and writing the NMFC number on the bill of lading to protect yourself against carriers re-classing your shipments, you can use density as a guide to freight class. You can then use the chart below to determine what class is associated with your density.

Horrible service, these guys have no clue where our freight is. Sean cant reach the driver he contracted for our load., our customer hired a special crew to unload the truck that never showed up. Only two days later we found out the truck broke down and in the shop. There are plenty of other brokerage companies besides these guys, wont be using you guys again. It matches the record, again crooked/overpriced Vital trying to play innocent. Review stays you guys don't deserve even 1 star. Never attempted to fix the situation once your behavior is reported public only than you respond but its too late

These guys are a broker service they do not own and operate their own trucks. When they broker out a load to a company they want to harass the company driver who is tracked with the company itself and all the have to do is call the company to get an ETA or track. We were denied the load due to driver requesting to contact the company itself to get location on driver. Electronic logs and 24hr tracking was available to this company. As Brian states in a below review this business has according to the MC has been in business for 9 years not 11 as better business bureau states and they are not accredited

Please be aware the last 2 negative reviews are from a company that is upset we put in a freight guard on their company for double brokering. Double brokering can cause a safety issue for us and the public. We actually have visual proof of the incident. The company has vowed to destroy us and we guess this is the way they are planning on doing it. We've been in business for 11 years, handled thousands of shipments, and have had very few negative experiences.
