Western BBQ Catering Services was established in 2001. We are family-owned and operated. Donnie and Coleen Pacheco, born and raised here in the Valley. We proudly service Tulare County and surrounding areas. Donnie and Coleen come from a wide background of foods.
Although our beginning revolved around BBQ and are noted for our tri-tip, chicken, and steaks, we offer our personal recipes, event planning services, corporate events, and wedding catering.Our extensive menu offerings are included as choices for your special event.
