Pricing is based on the size of the item -- a twin-size mattress & boxspring disposal will not be the same as a king size specialty bed, and a single simple spring sofa will be cheaper than a reclining sectional. As a Realtor I come across a lot of people who want to be part of my team, but they rarely possess the professionalism that Dustin does. He is responsive, respectful of people’s homes (doesn’t scratch or ding doors as he moves things) and resourceful. He communicates if he’s running behind schedule and his calm, kind manner is delightful. I can confidently refer him to my clients for furniture/junk removal and I’ve used him personally, where he always exceeds my expectations!

Absolutely the worst customer service experience I've ever had. Between working for two moving companies and using other companies I will never recommend this company. When good companies say they'll show up with three guys and a 26' truck they show up with it. They don't show up and shrug their shoulders and say o well. I've never seen or been on a truck that has to keep possessions on a truck because we thought we wouldn't get paid.
