I have bought a lot things at both the in-person auction and online one from them. They have great prices, but more importantly, they have great service. I've had issues with a couple of my purchases and they did whatever they could to make things right. I could not have asked for better service. Grab a seat in the auction audience area, enjoy a refreshment from our food cart and get your bidder number ready! Wait for your previewed item to be auctioned or select items as they come up. When you want to bid on an item being offered, listen to the Auctioneer and agree with the amount bid by holding up your bidder number.

I only write reviews on google because I find yelp to be for complainers only. Nobody ever writes good things on Yelp. So here I am vouching for River City Furniture Auction. I recently found this auction and I could not have been happier with the service, and great deals! I happened to come across the owner while picking up my merchandise and he was insanely pleasant! While some complain that items are missing parts or damaged they need to understand that buying from an auction has some sort of risk. I have been buying from auctions for years and I have not had one issue with them after over 10 auctions I have purchased from! I would highly recommend.

I know items are sold 'as is'. This was my first experience and I thought...let's give it a try. I purchased two under mount bathroom sinks. Oval 19" etc. What I received were two under mount rectangle sinks that were 3 " smaller. I will be donating to the local Habitat and mark as a first and last experience.

I really do love this place! And have gotten many great pieces of furniture, including my bed frame. But it does always come with a risk - I just lost $100 on a desk that did not come with all the pieces including the screws. I also noticed the box it came in had a sticker that just said "trash"
So I did get burned with this piece and with a few frames (although those were easily repaired). So be careful especially with the larger furniture pieces.

The furniture did not come with all piece. It was as if I bought the furniture from WISH. The brand of the furniture was "Lifestyle Solutions" I bought two couches for $185 and I feel even more ripped off. I wouldn't even give the couches away for free because they're not even well put together. I can't believe they're reselling/selling things like this. I wouldn't say everything is bad but I'm very disappointed. I even bought a TV stand that didn't have all the piece. SMH. I will post pics soon SMH

I won multiple bids and didn’t receive everything I pay for. I reached out to the lady you’re supposed to call when you arrive at the location for pick. When I spoke with her she told she was in between building and she will give me a call in 10min once she get back the off to check my order to confirm what I didn’t receive. She never called me back and started ignoring my calls. Today is August 28 I will her until Monday to help me with this matter if not I will return back here with an update

Purchased multiple items. Purchased a grey sectional, but received a brown sectional. At 1st call they assured me they had no brown sectionals and I had to prove they in fact did give me a brown sectional. Sent multiple pics. Its been 2 weeks, still waiting to receive my gray sectional which they claim its still on the ship at the port. Now I go to open up a washer and dryer set that i Purchased and its actually 2 dryers. Lets see how long this run around will be. I'll never putchase here again

Purchased an outdoor sectional that was supposed to be new. Got home put together it's missing cushions. Called them they said should be there no help. Spent $900 just to turn around track company name and order new cushions. First and last time buying from them.
