UPDATE: Finally got in touch with Jim. Everything was fine. He came out got me into my apartment that I was locked out of. Charged me a small fortune for about 10 minutes of work. Guess it was my own fault for locking myself out on a Sunday morning.

Called this business. Got a message from a 'Jim' that said to leave a message, but mailbox is full. Called emergency number. Got another message from jim to call a different number. Called that number and it is not in service. Is this a business or not?

Highly recommend this company. I was locked out of my garage this morning and had to be at work at 10 am. I called them around 9 am, they were here by 930 am. He was finished with paperwork, getting my door opened, and installing a different door in knob in 15 minutes. Essentially I was back in my garage less than an hour from the time I called. And the worker was extremely nice, knowledgeable, and professional. Life saver today!
