As a full timer for the last 3 years, I have to comment on this campground being one of the worst. We have stayed at hundreds of campgrounds from coast to coast. The only reason I'm not giving a lower rating is I know they are in a owner change position. The staff was helpful but the day we were scheduled to depart, my wife had a morning meeting at a local hospital were her Mother was admitted. She was contacted by a staff member which reminded her checkout was at 12. We left about 10 minutes late due to the meeting. She tried to explain with no concern of our personal issue by a staffer.

Their customer service on the booking desk especially ranger Kelly is absolutely disgusting. Apparently they’ve changed management and therefore it’s my problem as a perspective customer that they don’t have “sheets” for information they can provide me with verbally on booking a birthday party….
Why don’t you try again in a couple of weeks when corporate should provide us with something to help, is their answer
Hang on but my sons birthday in a couple of weeks away…..
Can I speak to a manager? I’m the only ranger here but also Ms J would tell you exactly what I’ve just told

I cannot say enough about the people working at the camp! First, I pulled into the road(private driveway) prior to the camp, then I called asking for help to get me backed up and on the road. They came out to assist! I had actually backed up with the encouragement of their neighbors however, they stopped the traffic and gave me instructions on how to pull onto to the road, because of the position I was in. Once there, the site was a pull through, but I was concerned on how I would get out in the morning. They found the perfect spot, all while being so kind and patient. I can't thank them enough

Stayed in travel trailer, site 66, staff was very friendly and helpful, lots of children and plenty for them to do! Loved the simple things like the staff having bubbles out and chalk out for the kids to play with, peddle carts, jump pad, playground, mini golf, and more! Close to their local Walmart and a gas station near by. The campsite store had a variety of items you might need and plenty to want! Sites are close together, our only issue was being so close to the site next door, as they had a yapping dog.

I want to start out with the good. They keep the kids busy here. We stayed for 2 nights and the kids always had something to do. The main building was kept up and all of the facilities looked nice. The staff was great and made sure everyone was happy. They have a dog area where our dog was able to run and play. The live animals were also great for the kids. They loved every minute there.
The not so good:
The sites were not very level and was a little cramped for our liking. The only other thing I would call out is there are some sites on the back side of the camp that are completely piled with

I have been to a lot of Yogi Bear campgrounds, and this one has to be the worst one I have stayed at. Except for the sites which have concrete pads, I didn’t see any site that was level. Paid extra for a Prime Pull-thru, don’t waste your money. They are the worst in terms of levelness. You can hear lots of trucks and jake brakes, but the train at 3am blowing its whistle is the worst. The majority of the park are permanent residents. The kid activities are nice with a pool, bouncy pads and a zip line. Staff was nice as well, but because of the train noise, would not stay here again.

I can’t even begin to tell you how much fun we had here!! We went camping for a few days with our 5 and 7 year old. The staff is so friendly and Informative! They have parrots, tortoises and so many fun things to do. Mini golf, gem mining, train rides, inflatables, park and a zip line and a fun pool to cool off in. This place is great fun for the kids and a super safe place for them to run around and be kids! Our kids had a great time and so did we. We will definitely be back! Thanks to the staff for making our 5 year olds birthday so memorable and fun!!

There is enough to keep your kids occupied. Cabins are small and you have to climb into a loft, not so easy for some adults. Showers and bathrooms are a bit outdated but clean. Our friends could not come to swim for the day because they don't sell day passes if the park is full. I did notice what seemed to be long term living on the outer part of the park which really needs to be cleaned up and are they included in park being full? I saw several people just sitting at a campfire smoking pot with various children around. The Smell was overwhelming. They do have pizzas and wings but not all that great
