We let the client drive performance updates. Stifel's outstanding technology platform allows us to provide reports as often as the client desires. Our clients will get at least an annual face-to-face meeting, if geography allows. We have clients in several states throughout the country, but with the availability of WebEx, personal communication is as flexible as needed.

Don't ever expect a phone call back from any broker ! They don't deserve a one star. I already had an account and wanted to invest more. I left lots of messages with three different agents and never got a return call. I only talked to the secretarys. I got sick of it and went to a different place.
