Kathy Kilchenman has been gluten-free since the year 2000. While teaching elementary school for eleven years, she earned a Master's Degree in Instructional Technology. Kathy changed careers in 2003 to become a gluten-free baker. Utilizing her love of cooking and her gluten-free knowledge, she has created many unique treats.
Kathy is committed to making gluten-free food taste good. In this day when frozen pie crusts and ready-made cookie dough are standard in almost every bakery, she makes every item from scratch. If her delicious breads and goodies don't taste homemade, they're not good enough to offer to her customers.

I've had Katy's Creation cake once before and it was amazing. Today I wanted to try out a few things. The hand pies are amazing! the chocolate chip cookies are sooo yummy !! We did the pizza crust for dinner… and it was wonderful. even my non gluten-free husband really liked it. It can be such a challenge to get good gluten-free local . This little shop is such a blessing ❤️. mom of 4 approved kid approved and husband approved. thank you Kathys creations !

Oh my goodness!!! Can’t say enough about this place. Awesome variety. Both sweet & savory. Even prepackaged items like pasta. Her creations are delectable! And truly gluten free. Full disclosure bakery with all ingredients listed. She is very friendly and accommodating. Takes orders.

Was lucky enough my mother brought some home from Ohio, pizza dough and apple bread are delicious! Good gluten free baking is hard to come by and this is top notch, the pizza dough is chewy but has a crunch a lot like normal gluten pizza dough, and the banana cinnamon bread is delicious a lot of rise, light yet with a wonderful crust. They don’t look or taste much different than wheat based variations and most would never know the difference, but truly amazing only wish it were closer to my house.

Customer service was very rude and made us feel like we were wasting their time (we weren't there more than 7 minutes!) Purchased two bearclaws and two cinnamon rolls to try. Icing was very thick and they tasted dry, but ok. I'm disappointed because this is the third time we were there (they were closed two other times), and I was so excited to find a bakery that we could visit. We both have Celiac Disease, but won't be back. I'll make my own.
