Polite staff, good selection, quality products. The only reason I h2ave a 3 is because my fiance ordered some leathers for work that we are having issues getting. To be more specific, when we went into the store the leather chaps he needed were sold out so we ordered them to be delivered to the store. The employee was very nice and informed me that it would take roughly a week. Two weeks pass and I get a call that they will be in on Monday(3 days away). A week passes so I call and I'm told that they will be in the following Friday. That was almost two weeks ago. Its been well over a month and still
