We have 3 levels here at 7 west hair designers. Apprentice, Protege and Director. The reason we have levels is not because one person is better than another, our level system is built on a foundation of availability and meeting salon goals. Just like in most industries employees make an effort to gain promotions, this is our way of giving stylists a promotion!

Best haircut in NJ. I've been to a number of barber shops but none that compare to 7 West Hair Designers. Dan cuts my hair and does an excellent job. Everyone is very kind and friendly and although I've only had my hair cut by Dan, I'm sure the quality is consistent across all of their personnel.

Dan at 7 west does the best men's cut in the Denville area. I was looking for someone reliable to trim my beard for about 7 years until I found Dan and its been flawless since 2017. The salon in general is very friendly, clean and professional.

I hadn't cut my hair in over a year due to the pandemic so it was super long. I decided to make an appointment here after seeing all the positive reviews and was not disappointed at all. I got one of the best haircuts of my life here and am already recommending it to some friends of mine. My stylist was Ginny and she is fantastic. Super thorough and processional. The haircut was also a great price and more affordable than some bougie spots I've been to. If you're thinking about coming here, just do it.

I was looking to get a more stylish hair cut than your average barbershop. I highly recommend JD at 7 West, he's cut my hair for years, the place is clean and safe, the team members are all friendly. They also respected my time and my scheduled appointment was in and out... I feel pampered and relaxed going there and always come out with a good fresh hair cut!

Dan is amazing. Before going to Dan I have been told several times that my hair is too dark to get the color I want and it should be bleached prior coloring. However, Dan got it even better than what I wanted without bleacing. I was super happy when I left the salon and it has been a long time that I wasn't this happy with my hair color👌
