My wife and I have worked with Rob on multiple occasions now. He actually sold my mother her house back in 2006 and that was a great experience so I knew I wanted to go with him when I purchased my own home. I met Rob about a year ago and told him I was in the market for a multi family building and that I had trouble finding the right one for me, immediately him and his team showed me hundreds of investment properties in the capital district and he personally brought me to about a dozen buildings. Even through the pandemic him and his team worked every day to find the right properties for me.
