I see Nurse Anita for botox every 3-4 months. She is extremely professional, kind, and well-versed. Anita always delivers exactly what I'm looking for, and she consistently follows up with me to make sure I'm happy with the results. I really wouldn't trust anyone else. The ladies at the front desk are friendly and accommodating, and the office space is always clean. Nothing but wonderful things to say about Bella Sana!

I received five laser treatments from Jolanta so far and she has been very pleasant and professional. Margarita and Jolanta are always extremely sweet and are wonderful to interact with. There are other services offered like hydro facials and frequently there are deals available. All in all I am happy to give business to good people. My results have shown but there is still some work to be done. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I initially bought a Groupon for laser vein treatment of my legs at this salon. I was informed that I would need to buy a package in order to treat different areas. After seven weeks, there is absolutely NO difference to the appearance of my spider veins. I did contact them and there was no response. Do not waste your time or money.

I came here for my first time for a chemical peel and upon a recommendation from my esthetician, I added a microdermabrasion to it immediately following the peel. Nancy was my esthetician and she was so wonderful. She was very understanding that I was on a budget and did not try to push any in-house overpriced products on me, as other spas have usually done. OMG ! I've done so many skin cares before in different salons, but this time I ve got the worst experience. I ve got a microdermabrasion with Nancy. When I called to make an appointment Margarita( Reception lady) said the treatment will take about 50 mins + 10-15 mins to fill out some paperwork. I went inside a treatment room at 5pm, and Nancy did a micro for 17 mins. What a hack is this salon offering to customers? Nancy is a nice lady, but does her job awful :( She didn't even use a stream to my skin and started microdermabrasion on my dry skin which was painful. She barely touched

Spider veins on the nose were bothering me for many years. Finally, I've decided to get rid of them thoroughly. I talked to Dr. Michelle over the phone and scheduled a visit. The procedure lasted a few minutes and it was painless (just a little bit warm and tingling) The doctor used the Cutera XEO system to treat the veins on my nose. There was no irritation on the skin. I'm giving two stars because the staff was friendly and appointments easily to schedule, the rest for me was disappointing. I did a lot of research looking for spas with good reviews. Finally found this one, people had a lot of nice things to say about the aestheticians on their webpage. It turns out, those aestheticians are no longer there (but they have kept them up on their website), to me this was very misleading. The office itself is nothing close to a spa. I'm 28, but there are already pronounced deep mimic wrinkles on my face. They are particularly noticeable around my eyes. No cream helped. So, I decided to try Botox injections. The procedure was really painful but the result was worth it. At first, it was a little unusual because the face seemed "frozen". But after a couple of weeks and I got used to it, and the effect of the injection was slightly weakened. I'm overjoyed of the result - my face is smoothed and refreshed. The wrinkles around the eyes have noticeably disappeared. I'll definitely continue to do these miracle-injections in the future

I had some red spots and acne scars on my face for many years and I didn't really like what I was seeing in the mirror. I used lots of traditional remedies for treating but to nothing worked. I decided to have a laser acne scars treatment then. After the procedure, I felt discomfort - painful sensations and my face was red. But Michelle made me a special mask that made me feel much better. My skin is so smooth now, and acne scars are practically nonexistent.

I went here for spider vein laser treatment and it was pretty good. I think it was important to be told that the bruising would be pretty bad and take weeks to heal so with multiple treatments, you need to know to plan for this. Michelle the tech was very nice.
However, my biggest complaint was in adding in IPL treatment for some brown spots. There was absolutely no result at all as if it never happened. The med spa offers a robust suite of services. Staff is efficient and polite. I received laser spider vein treatments after consulting with Dr. Alex Y. Who is lovely. My technician, Kata, was accommodating and gentle.
This is not a modern, serene spa environment and located within a dated hospital Medical building and perhaps this is why they are more competitive on pricing (less overhead). It's clean and organized. I didn't mind it being dated but if you're the MIchigan Avenue crowd, you probably won't be able to let it go and just enjoy your services.

This is a horrible business with unethical practices. They were closed when I showed up to my appointment, I waited outside for an hour and called the business with no response. I have called them several times since and they never returned calls. Finally got through today and the person on the phone was very rude and basically called me a liar. They also use dated laser machines which do not work. Do not go here.
