Jim Adler and associates were extremely compassionate and very easy to work with. They walked me through the entire process of my case. My case is still in progress, but I can speak to the extremely professional way in which it has been handled. I have never had more than a fender bender. Never any serious injuries. Being in constant pain has deeply affected my life. My contact, Cyntia, has been wonderful about explaining the process and why things are moving as they are. First of all, I have never used any law firm to sue anyone! And I never would unless I was incapacitated and there was just cause. Because some of these people fake injuries and I know for a fact from past experience how some of these lawyers manipulate the person in believing that they should go after them even though they absolutely know that there is nothing wrong them. When I I was approached with that mindset years ago and I declined, my first wife was upset with me because I wouldn't follow through with it even though I was in the right. I initially retained this firm to handle an auto accident I was involved in back in May 2016 and after a week I switched to another lawyer because he was a family friend. This firm in turn put a lien on my case because of all the "work" they had to do on my case during that one week, which honestly wasn't much other then them sending out the correspondence that I originally did the leg work to obtain and supplied to them.

Jim Adler & staffs are a BIG A$$ JOKE. They don't care and they definitely do not communicate. The staff is rude as Fu$#, when you call they cut you off or hang up on you(they did this to me about 5xs).

Who ever heard that from a 9,000.00 settlement, the client is only getting 500.00. I was hammered too. Their getting over 3,000.00 and me the client who was hit from behind at a red light is getting 500.00. Unbelievable and very shameful!!! Why should I complain since they came up from me owing money. They don't keep in touch and it's a good day when they return your call. I personally had to do some of the work myself and contact the hospital that was over billing me. Save yourself a major headache. Find a reputable firm and not a fast food drive thru firm. That is all this is. Who can they get in and out for tybee most money.
For social security they removed themselves from my case stating that I had been denied a hearing. 3 weeks later I get a letter from social security to set a hearing.
And I am struggling to get my release paperwork from this firm showing they arebt claiming fees at the end. Run away.

I was in a car wreck on February 27, 2018. A drunk driver ran the light on me on my way to work at approximately 2:45 a.m. my car was totaled and I was transported to the hospital. After being inundated for years by tv ads, I hired Jim Adler after a minor car accident. They are typical personal injury attorneys. Money is their only M.O. Expect to be part of their client conveyor belt. You call, receive a case manager, they send you to physicians they have relationships with. I was told I needed to see a Chiropractor for 3 years, 2-5 times a week. After medical bills (which Jim Adler receives a referral commission), I received a measly $2,000. Certainly wasn't worth my time. I give them 4 stars because I feel this is typical conglomerate personal injury attorney experience

The attorneys are great I feel they did what they could for my case, however there assistants need better training I drove 40 minutes to pick up my check just to not be seen. They should really explain to you over the phone the process you have to go through. They totally wasted my time and now will not answer my phone calls to schedule another appointment to pick up my check. Would not recommend to anyone based off of professionalism.

Jim Adler & Associates are awesome!!! My brother used them and refered me after my accident. I was hit by three different cars with three different insurance companies. I had major surgery and was left unable to work for three months. Jim Adler and Associates attorney Angie Boone was awesome! She went to bat for me and got me a VERY adequate settlement!!! What can I say, the experience has been Amazing. I was represented by Mr. Bill Adler and he did a fantastic job. Had I not called him to inquire if I was being treated fairly by the other drivers insurance... I would have paid for my own medical, used my insurance to repair my vehicle, and ended up with zero depreciation.
He took the time himself to listen to my concerns and understand the situation and he refused to settle for less than what I was entitled to!
