Update#2 (12/14/19):
Scott, who came to my house for quoting out, is a very honest and good guy and I really appreciate his work! It ended up that they provided us very good service in a timely manner since I was rushing the installation. Again I noticed that he is very punctual and works hard, so I will definitely revisit his business as needed.
Update:
I got the phone call from the lady, because she read my web form. Though apparently she may not recognize me, hopefully their service would be good for us. I will keep updated and let's see how it goes.

I have very bad experience

I contacted Mr. Hopkins to ask about encapsulating my crawlspace. I had been working on it for quite some time and had grown tired of working on it. With the heavy rain l was still getting a lot of water seeping in below the foundation blocks of my house. Mr. Hopkins offered a tailored solution that would add to the work I had done so far instead of refusing to work on it unless they took out so of the existing plastic and insulation. I ended up with a sump pump that drained out about 10 ft from the foundation, a dehumidifier and a humidistat that could be set to reflect the humidity inside the

Scott Hopkins owner of Hopkins Home Improvement is very efficient, does a great job and is of moral character & trustworthy. I told him what I needed done he completed it did a great job and even added some of his own personal finish touches and ideas which really had a good accent to the whole job I highly recommend Scott Hopkins, I was very grateful that I hired him to do the job I could rest a sure it’s getting completed well and didn’t have to babysit he shows up when he says he will that’s a big thing thanks Scott

Hopkins Home Improvement installed a porch swing for me in May. I had gotten another quote and the other handyman wanted to remove my porch ceiling to access the rafters to install the swing. Scott went into the attic and found he could access the porch that way. He installed a 4x4 for reinforcement across the rafters and installed the swing to the 4x4, all without having to remove my porch ceiling. Installation took him about half a day. The swing looks and works great! I highly recommend Hopkins Home Improvement.

Scott is far from an ordinary handy man. He is able to tackle a large area of construction challenges with a wide ranging depth of knowledge and ability. Scott's never quit attitude toward a project sees one to a happy conclusion.
