Critical: Responsiveness
Six months behind contracted finish date, still but still unfinished, no urgency. Seems there's been a lot of turnover in crews, ever step had been done twice or more and it's still sloppy and not moving. Not worth the money.

My front deck was crumbling and I called them right before the New Year. Meredith in the office answered my call and sent Steve out to look at it right away. They said it was probably too cold to use tools and do outside work, but they made it happen and fixed my deck which was probably about to cave in. It is not only fixed but looks so good and they did it so fast for me. Thank you!!!!! Steve even sanded and re-finished the repaired areas so they all look like brand new. It had got to the point that we were afraid to walk out on it, but now its great.THANK YOU OCEAN STATE CONTRACTORS!
