I came to Anthony to get my case expunged. It was my first time so on the phone he explained clearly the process, how it worked, and how long it would take. I felt comfortable with Anthony because he sounded like he knew what he was talking about and his rates are fair. I liked that his front desk kept me up to date with the case over the phone and via email. Now that my case is expunged everything Anthony explained over the phone was pretty accurate. Now this attorney is confused or lying about my cased being reduced to a wet reckless. When I was in fact convicted of a misdemeanor DUI; 23152(A) and 23152(B). The lack of communication on the progress of the case was very poor. However his assistant Alicia Walters, was always frequently emailing me to remind me of Mr. Arzilis upcoming payments.

Mr.Arzili will be the difference between you getting a conviction or all charges against you being dismissed. my 4th court hearing and my public defender still didn't know my name I sought out a lawyer. I met with a few lawyers before Mr.Arzili and none knew the court system as well as he I could instantly see that the second we met and he got info on my case the next day. I was completely frightened and confused about all of the dui dealings. But Anthony is always there for you. He answers emails himself. His staff is so helpful. Everyone is super quick to answer my many questions. When we finally went to court, Anthony was calm collected and positive. He calmed my nerves. Anthony Arzili is a really good defense attorney as he is very personable and gets the job done. This was my first offense and the worse case scenario for me would be a misdemeanor permanently on my record, which would've made it very hard for me to get a job in the future. Anthony was able to get the case dismissed and I did not have to do anything. Not even community service. His secretary Alicia is very good with frequent updates on your case, so you always know what is going on. I would highly recommend Anthony Arzili to be your defense attorney.
